So this is the 98pt Wine Enthusiast Magazine scoring Angel's Envy Bourbon. It comes in this kind of douchy bottle and honestly didn't want to be interrsted in, but couldn't help myself, it's finished in port !! That's pretty special I think. So hey, it's pretty good. I was kind of expecting more though, like a cherry pie and a massage, maybe even more. Not quite what I got, but it is tasty. And it smells great. It sort of tastes and smells like a jar of those really red jarred cherries, with a bit of vanilla. I don't know if I like it more than Woodford Reserve, but I do definetely enjoy it. At this early stage in my whisky drinking life I cannot say that I have definete prefrences, right now I can tell you for sure that I am enjoying trying everything I've had, although I kind of can't appreciate Jameson anymore unless I'm at a bar doing shot of Jameson and a can of PBR deals.
