Good looking out JD
I'm a fan of every Heaven Hill I've ever had. Can't wait to try this one when I head to Louisville again in October.
I'm seeing Larceny with a 50% off tag at BevMo...that makes a 750 ml ten bucks...
I wonder what'd taste like if you re-barreled it...
I've had that !!
Yes!! But don't get that excited, they told me they did flights but they didn't tell me that the cost would actually just be the price of three individually priced orders. But about 20 minutes south in Burlingame there's a bar that does a four roses flight, the cheap one, the small batch and the single barrel, for $15
Had it, like it. Good whiskey, good price.
What's the name of the place in Burlingame?
Thinking about doing just that. Have a new barrel I want to put some Bourbon in for two months. At that time I'll be brewing a Ten Fidy Clone with a friend and we're going to put it in the barrels for a bit. Should be fun...
"I've had that" Tonight for the first time, it is very good, I was expecting more of wheated taste (like Weller 12yr) but still a very good easy drinking bourbon and at 17.00 a helluva deal.
They just got several cases at my local whiskey heaven. I passed on it today, but may have to go back and grab a bottle.
I've had that. Good taste and a pretty good price.
Bought a bottle last week while at the Gatlinburg place. Drank 2/3 of the bottle in 4 days. I guess I liked it.
I have been looking for larceny unfortunately I found out it is not sold in Michigan I would really like to give it a try I guess I'll have to pick it up next time I go on the Bourbon Trail
