I believe so. I wasn't planning on opening it. It's an investment
If you seen my last two posts... there is a trend. I have been buying whisky/ whiskey and haven't been drinking them yet. I have to fix that
Love Bowman! You'll never taste a whiskey exactly like A. Smith Bowman because you'll never find another still exactly like their still Mary.
303JH, you should really crack into that Bowman!!
Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey. Been waiting months to get this one. It might not see morning!
The bottle did survive 'till morning, barely, I however did not. Late to work!
Good times brother....
After visiting Aberlour a month or so ago with Eddie G, I couldn't resist buying this when on offer in my local supermarket.
Something from my hometown Brooklyn NY
Just picked up this bottle from High West Distillery here in Utah.
I saw that this new CR Northern Harvest Rye got some high marks so I grabbed a bottle. I will say its really smooth up front with a unique Rye bite on the back end. There isn't a lot of huge Rye flavor when it first hits your palate. Especially when you compare it to your American Rye's. But if you keep an open mind, i think you will find it to be really enjoyable and balanced. It should be found for about $28 and at that price i believe it is a great value.
My latest was the Balvenie 12 Doublewood. Wonderful bottle.
So lucky to have found this... All i need is to find the 12 yr since i will probably never land the antique collection.
Picked this bottle of A Midwinter Nights Dram up a couple weeks ago. Almost gone now.
I like that by itself. Absolutely great for the price. Still want to try it mixed with the 12yr. Best of luck finding it!
Some Whistle Pig 10 yr Rye
A new Whiskey from a local Delaware Distillery
Always a good idea to try new Whiskey...
