AleSmith Brewing Speedway Stout.
Imperial stout with coffee.
Wow!! This is some great beer. Brewed in San Diego this stuff is hard core. Lots of malt, coffee, and dark chocolate.
Creamy flavor that sticks to your ribs.
Heard good things, apparently one year they did a Cat Crap Coffee version
Have some put away for a rainy day...
Picked up a few of their Vietnamese Coffee Speedways this past weekend. One to age and one to enjoy...
I found a bottle that's no newer than '08 in the back of the garage fridge the other day. Didn't even know I had it. I'm saving it for my Drink My Garage Fridge Down party I'm doing in October. Always a good beer. Can't wait to get into this one.
That sounds good. Anyone ever drink vietnamese coffee before....its coffee with carnation milk....really sweet. So that beer should be epic!
Picked up two bottles at Alesmith...I'll save one and open one...soon.
I can't imagine how ungodly good the kopi Luwak (civet shit coffee), Vietnamese coffee, and bourbon barrel aged versions are!!!
This was cellared since 2012!
