I had the "Cribwich" from the Rib Crib here in central Arkansas. It is made by toasting a jumbo bun, adding smoked brisket, 3 halves of hot links, and hot BBQ sauce! ...YES!!
Splurge for a good one and fry it in a cast iron skillet...throw in some oil, garlic, salt and pepper...nothing else...heat it up searing hot and sink the steak...three minutes top, each side....you'll thank me bro...
